Varscht and Cheese Egg Rolls!

You don't have to travel to Shanghai or Yant Sied to enjoy these delicious egg rolls. You can make this simple dish at home!

Chop your favorite pre-cooked varscht and shred some Bothwell marble cheese.

 

Fold desired amount of each into egg roll wrapper.

Brush with pork fat (preferred) or your choice of oil and bake or air fry at 375 for 10 minutes! Serve with sweet and sour sauce or schmaunt fat if you prefer! Try these Menno-Chinese treats at your next house party!  And remember... if Menno Yan can cook, so can you!
