We are in the process of updating all the individual product descriptions with respect to new shipping rates. Current and effective rates are listed here on this page. If the correct shipping rates are not applied at check out / shopping cart, please contact us so that we can correct the problem right away. Thank you!
Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation almost immediately. Please check your inbox to make sure you receive a confirmation from ObaYoInfo@gmail.com If you cannot find the confirmation, please check your spam box (and un-spam us) or contact us so we can make sure your contact email is correct and we can connect with you regarding your order if needed.
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Typical delivery time within Canada and U.S. mainland is between 10-18 business days depending on your delivery location and Canada Post & courier routes + schedules, and shipping methods chosen. Extra time may be needed to accommodate regional restrictions or other unforeseen events.
(Please note that most of our garment orders are custom produced per your order. Please consult the size chart for the right size when placing your order. We may not have stock on hand to exchange and you may need to re-order the right size.)
FREE SHIPPING is available for 2 or more greeting cards in Canada. Shipping rates will apply to the garments, books, publications, mugs and gift ware portion of your order.
Most orders can be shipped with tracking so you will be able to trace your packages while they are in transit. Greeting cards and C$5/T-shirt shipping uses basic ground services that are non-tracking. You can select tracked option where available. Orders including sweaters, hoodies or 2+ t-shirts will be shipped with tracking automatically.
Please allow an extra week for delivery on mugs. If you are shipping to an international destination, please allow additional transit time.

All greeting cards and magnets will be shipped out of our Winnipeg warehouse. They will be shipped via regular mail unless you indicated a different preference. Please see available shipping options when you are checking out. You will need to input the receiving address for the Canada Post/UPS interface to quote you a shipping rate.
If your order contains greeting cards plus other items and you have selected 3 or more greeting cards; shipping for the greeting cards is free with non-tracking regular letter mail for addresses in Canada. Typical envelope mailer delivery time is 4-18 days depending on your delivery location. Please allow additional transit time for international destinations.
Greeting cards and magnets are shipped in flat envelope mailers and shipped separately from other items.

Depending on your delivery location, these products are mostly shipped out of our B.C., or Ontario warehouses.
**$7.95 T-shirt Shipping are non-tracking in Canada. You can select the "Add Tracking" option to use tracked expedited packages in Canada. Canadian tracking option will add $5.55 to shipping costs. Orders containing sweaters, hoodies, or 2+ shirts are shipped with tracking. Packages to U.S. and international destinations are tracked.
***$5 Shipping rate for aprons are non-tracking in Canada. You can select the "Add Tracking" option to use tracked expedited packages in Canada. Canadian tracking option will add $10 to shipping costs. Aprons are shipped separately from other product groups.

Please note that your shipping charge will include all the categories that you have items in. E.g., if you only have t-shirts in your order, then you will only be charged the rate for T-shirts. If your order includes T's and hoodies, then you will be charge the rate for T's and hoodies regardless of the quantity of T's and hoodies.
Please allow an extra week for special requests, customs & designer colour garments, 3XL plus sizes clothing, mugs and certain international destinations.
T's, sweaters and hoodies in red, orange, purple, sapphire, maroon, green and royal blue may take an extra 5 days.
Books & Dictionaries
All our books are packed in bubble or carded mailers to protect them during transit. They will be shipped through Canada Post/UPS depending on availability with your shipping address..
Please note that all books and dictionaries are shipped from our Manitoba warehouse. Shipping rates applies to all destinations for all order value based on weight and size of package.
There are different options available through Canada Post/UPS. Please enter your shipping address when you are at the check out page for the interface with couriers to quote a rate for your consideration. However, if you are purchasing 2 or more publications, it is more advantageous to ship with Flat Rate Xpresspost for Canadian destination. If we have a more economical way to send your package, we will contact you and work out the differences.
We are currently experiencing some interruptions with some international destinations. Please contact us if you need any publications sent outside of Canada or U.S., or, if your international address is not accepted in our shipping interface at check out. Thank you.
Additional Info For Shipment To U.S.A. and International Destinations
For USA
All amounts in Canadian currency.
- You will NOT be charged any additional customs fees or duties.
- Expect delivery in 10-18 business day, depending on service schedules of Canada Post/UPS and delivering counterparts in U.S. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over their transit time.
- If you order contains greeting cards only: C$4 flat rate shipping via regular non-tracking mail applies to greeting cards. Or, C$4 will apply to the greeting card portion of your order if you have other items in your cart.
- C$6 for the t-shirt portion of your order. C$10 will apply to the sweater/hoodie portion of your order. Tracking shipping for mugs are C$10 for mug(s) ordered. Publications shipping rate will be calculated based on destination and service selected. The shipping cost upon check out will reflect shipping costs of all the products ordered.
- Shipping rate shown at check out page will combined all applicable shipping charges for all items (once you enter your shipping address).
- All publications are shipped via Canada Post/UPS parcel and postal rates are calculated according to total weight (of publications), destination and service chosen. Please enter your shipping address for the interface from Canada Post to quote a rate.
For Other International Destinations
All amounts in Canadian currency.
- C$6.00 flat rate for regular letter mail if your order contains only greeting cards, or for the greeting cards portion of your order.
- For all clothing items aprons, gift ware and mugs, please refer to rates in the section above.
- All publications are shipped via Canada Post/UPS parcel services. Your books will be packed in bubble mailer to protect them during transit. Please select the Canada Post service that would best suit you at check out. Publications are shipped separately from our Winnipeg warehouse. You will need to enter your destination address in order for the interface with Canada Post/UPS to quote you a rate.
- Shipping rate shown at check out page will combined all applicable shipping charges for all items (once you enter your shipping address).
- Custom duties and other import fees may apply depending on import regulations of destination country. Our shipping rates only cover the cost of transit.
- Transit time is typically 12 - 30 business days depending on destination and service schedules of Canada Post/UPS and their international delivering counterparts. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over their transit time.

If you need to ship items to different addresses, please separate your orders so that each order will only have one destination address. We are not able to ship to multiple addresses on one order.
