The McMenno Rib Sandwich from the Oba Yo Test Kitchen 3 lbs ground pork 1 lb worscht Grind or finely chop raw worscht Thoroughly mix chopped worscht and ground pork. Season mixture with 1 ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper (or to taste) Shape into patties Grill,fry or bake until done (160 internal temp. Do not over cook!) Mix 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (I used regular Montreal steak sauce) with 2-3 tbsp rhubarb jam, and heat in sauce pan. Worscht Lollipops!

That’s right, another tasty creation from the ObaYo test kitchen! These worsch lollipops make a wonderful appetizer with your favorite barbecue sauce or plum sauce (pictured here). They’re equally delicious with Penner Foods sweet and sour sauce.   Cut cooked worscht into slices and pierce each piece with toothpick and position on a sweet red pepper for a nice presentation.
