Update on Shipping Dec 2024

Dear customers,

We hope you are all enjoying this wonderful time before Christmas and making a list of who is nice, and who is nicer still! 

All our Clothing and Mug orders are not affected by the postal strike.  All clothing and mug items will be shipped on time.

For book orders...

All publications can be shipped with UPS, but the cost will be different.  Please contact us for exact courier costs relating to all publication order. 

If you select our Canad Post Tracked Flat Rate ($18.50) shipping option at check out for your publication orders, we will contact you to confirm if you'd like us to ship with UPS or other courier.  If we do not receive a response form you, we will ship them once post service resumes.

The 2nd Canada Post option (will be at a higher rate) has been temporarily adjusted to reflect UPS ground service rate.  If you select this option, we will send your order through UPS and provide you with a UPS tracking number. If the rate is substantially higher than charged with your order, we will contact you to confirm the order. 

For publications and greeting cards to destinations around Winnipeg, we can send them with our weekly courier. Courier charge for street address delivery between Winnipeg, MB and Steinbach,MB is $18.50. Delivery WITHIN the city of Steinbach is $5. If you're not sure if your shipping address is within our delivery area, please contact us. We can combine your books and cards order in one delivery.  We cannot deliver to postal boxes. Please be sure someone is available to receive the package.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship greeting cards out with an alternative that is within the shipping costs listed on our site.  We can send them out via UPS but the cost will be substantially higher.  If you placed an order with greeting cards in them, the cards will be shipped via regular Canada Post mail once postal service is resumed.  If you would like to have the cards courier to you ($23 -$40 within Canada with UPS), please contact us and we will set up the shipping for you.
