First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase of Mennowear®. That’s why we guarantee all of our garments including manufacturer defects and workmanship for 30 days AFTER you receive it! We offer this guarantee to you because we want you to be happy with your purchase of Mennowear®. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your garment, please let us know. If you are slightly passed the 30-day guarantee, please let us know anyway. We work very hard at what we do and it’s our sincere hope that we’ve brought you satisfaction in your purchase. We just want to see you happy :-)
All our Mennonite line of products is designed in-house and produced by ObaYo.ca. You can be assured that we take our motto from growing up "do it once and do it right " to heart with every aspect of our design and production process.
Our promise is simple. If for any reason, something with your order is not done right, give us a chance, and we will make it right.
We do our very best to avoid errors and mishaps, but we do realize that the unexpected do sometimes happens. Rest assured that we will look after you. Here are some of the the more frequently asked questions:
(1) Shipping Damages
All items are inspected very carefully before we pack them for shipping, we do not ship damaged products. If your package arrived at your door damaged, please ask the delivering courier to make a note of them on the delivery note (if applicable) so that we can process a claim with the carrier. Please also take pictures of the package (inside and outside) clearly showing the shipping damages to the items shipped. Depending on your preferences, we can resend the items to you or process a claim with the carrier.
(2) Shipping Time or Delays
All orders are processed with 48 hours . Typical delivery time within Canada is between 10-18 days depending on your delivery location and Canada Post routes and schedules. Extra time may be needed to accommodate regional health related restrictions, or special customer requests and instructions.
For shipping to United States, please allow an additional week for delivery. For international destinations, please allow an additional 2 weeks. All international destination orders except greeting cards are shipped with tracking so you will be able to traced your packages while they are in transit.
For your convenience, we have shipping information pertaining to every product group in the "Order Processing + Shipping" tab for each product. Please refer to the detailed information attached to each product. If you need more information before choosing shipment method, simply leave your selection in your shopping cart (if you are signing in instead of using a guest purchase account), and contact us using our contact form at the bottom of our main page.
We will always process your order in a timely manner. If we are experiencing unexpected or unusual delays, we will inform you via email so that you will be aware of the additional production time. However, please understand that we cannot provide any guarantee for the carrier's transit time. Having said that, we will work with you if the transit time was unreasonably slow. Any time you have a question about your order, please contact us using our contact form, or replying to the order confirmation you received after you have placed an order.
(3) Wrong products shipped, shipping errors or something is wrong with the item
These we try really, really hard to avoid!! However, if they happen, please contact us as soon as possible and we will email you a label to return the items sent in error and resend your order or process a refund.
