(Read carefully. DO NOT SKIP ANY STEPS OR SUBSTITUTE ANY INGREDIENTS)
BROTH
1 stewing hen
1 bunch parsley
12 whole pepper corns
1 bay leaves
3 quarts water
2 tsp salt
2 pieces star aniseed (if you can't find star anise seed in it's whole form, then use anise seed). Take a spice ball and fill.
3 tablespoons butter
NOODLES
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour, or as needed
Mix and roll out thinly. Cut noodles or use noodle machine.
DIRECTIONS
Skin the stewing hen so it is not so fatty.
Put chicken and water in a big pot.
Add spice ball with bay leaf, peppercorns and aniseed.
Simmer for 2- 2 1/2 hours, skimming off foam occasionally.
Add butter and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
Remove the chicken and pull meat off carcass, place in a separate bowl.
Skim off any remaining fat from broth.
Cook your noodles in clean water and place in another separate bowl.
SERVING (DO NOT SKIP THIS NEXT STEP)
To serve, fill your own bowl with noodles and meat desired, pour hot broth over top.
*The diet will only yield the indicated results if soup is consumed with the spoon pictured below. (if you don't have one of these spoons, Peter Hilderbrand from Transcona in Winnipeg can cut a suitable sized hole in your spoons for a small fee. Peter is currently saving up for a new pair of false teeth and does small jobs to finance the purchase of his new "jebiss". Minimum charge $5 or 4 spoons drilled and cut to size for $15 )
