Order Processing & Pick Up/ Delivery
Once you placed your order, an order acknowledgement email would be sent to you immediately. All orders are processed within 24 hours. We will start the decoration process, pack and deliver your mug between 5-9 days.
This mug is currently only available for delivery inside the city of Steinbach, MB (street address only, we do not deliver to mail boxes), or pick up in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.
If you select free delivery within the city of Steinbach, MB, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time.
If you select no charge pick up that is available at our retail partner in Winnipeg, please allow 2-5 days for us to deliver your mug to the pick up location. You will receive an email informing you when it is ready for pick up. Please bring your order confirmation to identify the order and you will be asked to sign for the pick up. Pick up address is: Mandarin International, main floor, Johnston Terminal at the Forks, 25 Forks Market Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 1S8 Pick up hours are Mon - Sun 12-5 pm. except Public Holidays. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for a different time for pick up.
